1. Use of Services

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, emergency support, or establish a professional relationship. Availability and next steps are confirmed directly with Strong Lives Counseling.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We value the time of our clients and our counselors. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your intake paperwork.

3. Crisis and Emergency Situations

Strong Lives Counseling is not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

4. Third-Party Links
