Strong Lives Counseling respects your privacy. This policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected when you opt in to receive SMS messages.

1. Information collection and use. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and other relevant communications.
2. No sharing for marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used for communications related to our services and your engagement with Strong Lives Counseling.
3. Data security. We use safeguards intended to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Opt out. Reply “STOP” at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages.
